对野生结缕草WZG43与WZG133进行低温与干旱胁迫处理,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定其叶片的游离氨基酸种类和含量。结果表明,结缕草WZG43和WZG133的叶片中共检测出了14种氨基酸;其氨基酸含量在低温和干旱胁迫下迅速积累,且低温胁迫下的氨基酸积累幅度显著大于干旱胁迫下的氨基酸积累幅度,表明结缕草WZG43和WZG133对4℃低温环境的适应性不如20%PEG模拟干旱胁迫环境的适应性。
對野生結縷草WZG43與WZG133進行低溫與榦旱脅迫處理,利用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀測定其葉片的遊離氨基痠種類和含量。結果錶明,結縷草WZG43和WZG133的葉片中共檢測齣瞭14種氨基痠;其氨基痠含量在低溫和榦旱脅迫下迅速積纍,且低溫脅迫下的氨基痠積纍幅度顯著大于榦旱脅迫下的氨基痠積纍幅度,錶明結縷草WZG43和WZG133對4℃低溫環境的適應性不如20%PEG模擬榦旱脅迫環境的適應性。
대야생결루초WZG43여WZG133진행저온여간한협박처리,이용기상색보-질보련용의측정기협편적유리안기산충류화함량。결과표명,결루초WZG43화WZG133적협편중공검측출료14충안기산;기안기산함량재저온화간한협박하신속적루,차저온협박하적안기산적루폭도현저대우간한협박하적안기산적루폭도,표명결루초WZG43화WZG133대4℃저온배경적괄응성불여20%PEG모의간한협박배경적괄응성。
Two wild Zoysia (Zoysia japonica Steud.cv.) lines,WZG43 and WZG133,were stressed by low temperature and drought ,and then free amino acid content in leaves were measured by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry.The re-sults showed that 14 kinds of amino acids were detected in leaves of WZG 43 and WZG133.Content of amino acids was in-creased rapidly under low temperature and drought stress ,and the accumulation amplitude of amino acids under low tem-perature stress was bigger than that under drought stress.It showed that tolerance of Zoysia line WZG43 and WZG133 to drought stress treated by 20%PEG was significantly higher than the tolerance to 4℃low temperature stress.
