为筛选阿维菌素与甲氧虫酰肼对稻纵卷叶螟的最佳混配比例,采用喷雾法和稻茎浸渍法对阿维菌素、甲氧虫酰肼单剂进行了毒力测定,并将两者按不同质量比混配,进行室内联合毒力测定。试验测定结果显示:阿维菌素、甲氧虫酰肼按不同比例混配,对稻纵卷叶螟幼虫均表现出明显的增效作用。两者以质量比1∶4混配时,共毒系数最高达到178.09,增效作用最为显著。

In order to screen the optimum ratio of the mixture of abamectin and methoxyfenozide for controlling Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee larvae, the bioassays were carried out by spraying and rice stem dipping method. The results showed that the mixtrues of abamectin and methoxyfenozide had synergistic effects. The mixture of the two components at the mass ratio of 1:4 showed significant synergistic effect with co-toxicity coefficient of 178.09.
