以聚乙烯醇(PVA )和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N ,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,通过化学引发聚合制备了具有互穿网络结构的聚乙烯醇/丙烯酸(PVA/PAA )水凝胶.用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构、热稳定性和形貌进行了表征.研究了溶胀动力学,探讨了pH及盐浓度对水凝胶溶胀性能的影响,考察了该凝胶在不同pH介质中对药物异烟肼的控制释放行为.结果表明, PVA/PAA水凝胶具有良好的pH敏感性和离子强度敏感性,其在pH=1.20的缓冲溶液中对异烟肼的累积释放率明显大于在pH=7.40和p H=6.86的缓冲溶液中.

A series of polyvinyl alcohol/poly (acrylic acid )(PVA/PVA ) hydrogels with interpenetrating network(IPN) are prepared by polymerization of polyvinyl alcohol and acrylic acid using (NH4 )2 S2 O8 as the initiator and N ,N′-methylenebis(acrylamide) as the crosslinking agent . The samples are characterized by FT-IR , TG-DTA and SEM . The swelling properties are studied . The effects of ionic intensity and pH values on the swelling ratio are also investigated . In addition , the characteristic for drug delivery is studied using isonicotinyl hydrazide(INH) as the model drug in different pH buffer solutions . The results show that PVA/PAA hydrogels have good sensitivity for pH values and ionic strength . The cumulative release rate of the hydrogels in the pH =1.20 buffer solution is significantly more than w hich in the pH =7.40 and pH=6.86 buffer solutions .
