用氢氟酸去掉Co69.20Fe4.16Si12.35B10.77Cr3.42Mo0.1非晶玻璃包裹丝的玻璃层,获得了高纯度的Co基非晶丝,再对非晶细丝在空气或氢气保护中进行了退火处理,研究了退火过程中退火温度和退火时间对Co基非晶丝巨磁阻抗效应(GM I)的影响.研究发现,随着退火温度升高和退火时间加长, Co基非晶丝巨磁阻抗表现出非单调且非对称的变化,灵敏度随着退火温度的升高和退火时间的加长表现为先增大后减小的行为.在退火温度为673 K ,退火时间为9 h的条件下,磁阻抗的灵敏度最高,可达227%.分析指出氧化层和纳米晶芯层的耦合相互作用可能是Co基非晶丝软磁性能得到改善的主要原因.

Co-based(Co69.20Fe4.16Si12.35B10.77Cr3.42Mo0.1)amorphous microwires with 40 μm in diameter and 10 μm in glass-coated thickness are prepared by Taylor method . Then , the glass coating layer is removed using diluted HF acid . The amorphous wires are annealed in open air or under H2 protection . The relationship between giant magneto-impedance effect and the annealing conditions is investigated . The results show that the GMI curves are asymmetric after annealing . GMI ratios firstly increase then decrease with inoreasing of the annealing temperature and time . The maximum of GMI sensitivity of 227% is obtained for the samples annealed at 673 K for 9 hours . The exchange coupling interaction between the oxide layer and crystalline core is responsible for the improvement of soft magnetic properties of the wires .
