目的：探讨按绩效付费模式在糖尿病优化管理中的应用和效果。方法：通过文献研究的方法，回顾近10年在Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学数据库发表的相关文献，根据报道时间、地域分布、实施情况和取得效果等展开分析。结果：共20篇文献入选本研究。主要分布在英国、美国、澳大利亚和我国台湾地区。英国起步相对较早，2009年以后相关研究数量逐步增多。结论：P4P在糖尿病优化管理中，于世界范围内广泛应用，能够有效提高糖尿病患者的管理质量，但在实施过程中要考虑激励标准的操作性和实施的公平性、可及性。
목적：탐토안적효부비모식재당뇨병우화관리중적응용화효과。방법：통과문헌연구적방법，회고근10년재Pubmed수거고、중국생물의학수거고발표적상관문헌，근거보도시간、지역분포、실시정황화취득효과등전개분석。결과：공20편문헌입선본연구。주요분포재영국、미국、오대리아화아국태만지구。영국기보상대교조，2009년이후상관연구수량축보증다。결론：P4P재당뇨병우화관리중，우세계범위내엄범응용，능구유효제고당뇨병환자적관리질량，단재실시과정중요고필격려표준적조작성화실시적공평성、가급성。
Objective:To get knowledge of the results and pathway of pay for performance in diabetes control. Methods:Literature from 2004 to 2013 was reviewed. The factors of the references including publication year,implementation area,pathway and effectiveness were analyzed. Results:Twenty papers were included and the strategies were mainly implemented in the United Kingdom,the United States,Australia,and Taiwan Region. Many experiences of pay-for-performance(P4P)in diabetes control had been explored in England. Conclusion:The policy of P4P really improved the quality of diabetes care and management. It is suggested that more attention be paid to the maneuverability of incentives for performance and the equity and accessibility of the implementation in the future.
