目的：了解我国不同利益相关者对药物经济学的认知、态度和实践（KAP）方面的情况。方法：设计KAP调查问卷，选择政府、企业、医院及科研机构的专业人员进行问卷调查。结果与结论：被调查对象为专业领域内较为资深的工作者，获得药物经济学知识的途径主要是工作培训，研究选题方面主要是考虑决策的需要，成果的展示和转化以文章发表为主，转化为政策较难。建议提高药物经济学研究质量，加强政策制定者的药物经济学知识培训，促进我国药物经济学学科发展。
목적：료해아국불동이익상관자대약물경제학적인지、태도화실천（KAP）방면적정황。방법：설계KAP조사문권，선택정부、기업、의원급과연궤구적전업인원진행문권조사。결과여결론：피조사대상위전업영역내교위자심적공작자，획득약물경제학지식적도경주요시공작배훈，연구선제방면주요시고필결책적수요，성과적전시화전화이문장발표위주，전화위정책교난。건의제고약물경제학연구질량，가강정책제정자적약물경제학지식배훈，촉진아국약물경제학학과발전。
Objective:To understand the current knowledge-attitude-practice situation of pharmacoeconomics in different stakeholders. Methods:A survey was conducted to professionals working in the government, pharmaceutical companies,hospitals and research intitutions in the field of pharmacoeconomics by using KAP questionnaire. Results and Conclusion:The respondents were senior workers in pharmacoeconomics field. The way to access knowledge regarding pharmacoeconomics was mainly from work training. The main research direction was to consider the needs of the decision-making,the research results were mostly published articles,and it was difficult to transform the research findings into policy. Therefore,it is recommended to improve the quality of pharmacoeconomics research,strengthen pharmacoeconomics knowledge training in policy makers,and promote the development of pharmacoeconomics in China.
