针对航空器旅客发生医学急症时的院前救护特点，提出并用案例佐证了一整套航空器急症旅客机场院前急救程序，明确了急救过程中有关各方的责任和义务，促进了院前救护的规范化、程序（标准）化。实践表明，该急救程序可有效提高救护能力和效率，减少医疗纠纷，增强旅客满意度。

Based on the characteristics of pre-hospital care when aircraft passengers had a medical emergency, a set of airport pre-hospital emergency procedures for aircraft emergency passenger was put forward and was illustrated with cases. The responsibilities of the organizations concerned in the process of emergency were made clear. The standardization and application of pre-hospital care(standard)were promoted. Practice showed that the first aid procedures could effectively improve rescue ability and efficiency,reduce the medical disputes,and increase passengers’ satisfaction.
