对测定土壤速效钾的乙酸铵火焰光度法与M3法进行了比较分析。研究结果表明:采用M3方法测定土壤速效钾,较常规乙酸铵火焰光度法快速、方便、结果稳定,重复性和再现性均好,适合大批量的样品分析,且常规方法与M3方法测定土壤速效钾的结果能很好地吻合,有极好的相关性。
對測定土壤速效鉀的乙痠銨火燄光度法與M3法進行瞭比較分析。研究結果錶明:採用M3方法測定土壤速效鉀,較常規乙痠銨火燄光度法快速、方便、結果穩定,重複性和再現性均好,適閤大批量的樣品分析,且常規方法與M3方法測定土壤速效鉀的結果能很好地吻閤,有極好的相關性。

This paper makes a comparative analysis on ammonium acetate flame photometry and M3 method used for determining the quick-acting Potassium in soil. The research findings show that compared with ammonium acetate flame photometry, the M3 method, which is convenient and fast,can obtain stable results and good repeatability and reproducibility, and is suitable for the analysis of large batch of samples, and the results of determining quick-acting Potassium in soil by using conventional method and M3 method are in good agreement and have excellent correlation.
