以北京市数据为例，运用Matlab软件对影响成品油价格的因素进行主成分分析，以预测未来成品油价格变化趋势，并在此基础上，参考国外成品油定价机制，建立了一个适合我国国情的成品油定价机制的数学模型。

Taking the data of Beijing as an example,and by using software Matlab, this paper makes the principal component analysis on the factors influencing the refined oil price for forecasting the change trend of the future refined oil price, and based on this,referencing to foreign refined oil pricing mechanism, establishes a mathematical model of refined oil pricing mechanism which is suitable for China’s situation.
