目的：探讨枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛的临床疗效。方法：头痛患者76例随机平分为电刺激组和联合治疗组各38例，2组均采用枕神经电刺激治疗，联合治疗组还给予针灸治疗，评估总体疗效及头痛症状评分。结果：联合治疗组的总体疗效及头痛症状评分均优于电刺激组（＜0.05或0.01）。结论：采用枕神经电刺激联合针灸治疗头痛具有显著的临床疗效。

목적：탐토침신경전자격연합침구치료두통적림상료효。방법：두통환자76례수궤평분위전자격조화연합치료조각38례，2조균채용침신경전자격치료，연합치료조환급여침구치료，평고총체료효급두통증상평분。결과：연합치료조적총체료효급두통증상평분균우우전자격조（＜0.05혹0.01）。결론：채용침신경전자격연합침구치료두통구유현저적림상료효。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of occipital nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture for headache. Methods:Seventy-six patients suffering from headache were randomly divided into combination group and occipital nerve stimulation group (n=38 in each group). Both groups were given occipital nerve stimulation, and the combination group was given acupuncture additionally. The overall effect and headache symptom scores were observed. Results:The overall effect and headache symptom scores of combination group were significantly better than those of occipital nerve stimulation group ( <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Occipital nerve stimulation combined acupuncture has significant clinical efficacy on headache.
