将制冷工艺应用到焦炉煤气冷却器下段低温用水,变开路循环为闭路循环,水温降低10~15益,满足了工艺需求。通过调试和投入运行,制冷水量达到200m3/ h,年减排二氧化碳12000t,回收蒸汽69120t,节约水耗140万m3,节能减排效果显著。

Refrigeration process is applied to the chilled water at the lower stage of COG cooler,and open cycle is switched to closed cycle,so that water temperature is reduced by 10~ 15℃,meeting the process requirement. After comissioning and start-up, cooling water flow reaches 200m3 / h, CO2 emission is reduced by 12 000t / a,steam recovered by 69 120t / a,and water saved by 1 400 000m3 / a. The energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.
