为了有效利用工业废料煤矸石开发新型路面砖材料,基于正交实验原理,采用煤矸石为主,辅以水泥、砂及含有生石灰、石膏的外加剂来制备免烧路面砖。研究了各个材料因素的影响规律以及免烧砖微观形貌特性,并对免烧砖进行外观、物理性能测试和电镜扫描分析。结果表明:免烧砖制备中水泥比例越大且煤矸石比例越小,制备免烧砖强度越高,但不经济;砂子与加水量均存在最优值,可以使对应的配比免烧砖达到最高强度;免烧砖最佳配比为水泥20%,煤矸石50%,砂子30%,另外加水量为前三者总质量的12%,达到路面砖优等品的标准,而其他3种配比达到路面砖一等品的要求,一等品的配比能够达到更多的利用煤矸石的目的。

In order to use industrial waste materials effectively,based on orthogonal experiment principle, using coal gangue as main material to manufacture no-roasting bricks,supplemented by concrete,sand and the admixtures containing quicklime and plaster. By investigating the appearance, physical properties test and SEM analysis,the principles of the various materials factors and micromorphology characteristic of the no-roasting bricks. The results show that ,when preparing the no-roasting bricks, the larger the proportion of concrete and the smaller the proportion of coal gangue are, the higher the strength of no-roasting bricks is,but it is not economical; The amount of both sand and added water have the optimal value,which helped to increase to the highest strength; The best ratio of concrete to coal gangue and sand is 20%∶50%∶30%, the amount of added water is 12% of the ifrst three, which reached the high-class level, and the other three ratios satisfy the requirement of the ifrst grade, which can help to make full use of coal gangue.
