以连云港蛭石为原料,通过水改性和双氧水(H2O2)改性,采用微波加热法对其进行膨胀,利用XRD和SEM对其进行表征,结果表明,连云港蛭石主要由水金云母、石英和赤铁矿等组成,其晶化程度不高,表面呈薄片层状结构。采用微波加热法膨胀时,其膨胀倍数由大到小为:H2O2改性蛭石、水改性蛭石、蛭石原料,并且H2O2质量分数对蛭石晶体结构无破环。当微波加热时间为2 min,H2O2质量分数为5%时,蛭石膨胀倍数为8.76。

Using vermiculite of Lianyungang as raw material, through water and H2O2 modiifcation, the vermiculite were expanded by microwave heating method. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that the vermiculite is composed of phlogopite, quartz and hematite, the crystallization degree is not high, and the surface shows thin layered structure. The expansion ratio sequence is: H2O2-modiifed>water-modiifed>raw vermiculite. The mass fraction of H2O2 has no effect on the crystal structure of vermiculite. While the microwave heating time is 2 min and the mass fraction of H2O2 is 5%, the expansion ratio reaches to 8.76.
