以湖南某重晶石-石英型萤石矿为研究对象,采用适宜的药剂制度和工艺条件,将CaF2品位为15.65%、BaSO4品位为50.05%的试样,经1粗9精1扫的闭路试验获得了萤石精矿品位95.37%,回收率82.82%;重晶石精矿品位91.48%,回收率97.95%,实现了该类型萤石矿的综合利用。

Taking a barite-quartz lfuorite ore in Hunan Province as the research object, using appropriate reagent regime and process conditions, succeeds in separating effectively lfuorite 15.65%, barite 50.05% sample. In the closed circuit process test, having a roughing,nine concentration and a scavenging, get the lfuorite concentrate with the content of CaF2 95.37% and the recovery of CaF2 82.82%, while recycling the BaSO4 barite ore concentrate grade is 91.48%, the recovery rate is 97.95%, has realized the comprehensive utilization of this lfuorite ore.
