针对贵州某中低品位胶磷矿的矿石性质,在磨矿细度-74μm占80%的条件下,以EM-LS-01作为反浮脱镁捕收剂,改性胺类捕收剂EM-FM-01作为反浮脱硅捕收剂,采用双反浮选工艺,最终获得了P2O5品位31.26%,回收率为81.15%,含MgO 0.86%的磷精矿,实现了磷矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。
針對貴州某中低品位膠燐礦的礦石性質,在磨礦細度-74μm佔80%的條件下,以EM-LS-01作為反浮脫鎂捕收劑,改性胺類捕收劑EM-FM-01作為反浮脫硅捕收劑,採用雙反浮選工藝,最終穫得瞭P2O5品位31.26%,迴收率為81.15%,含MgO 0.86%的燐精礦,實現瞭燐礦物與脈石礦物的有效分離。

According to the properties of a mid-low grade collophanite in Guizhou, phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 31.26%, recovery rate 81.15% and MgO grade of 0.86% can be obtained with the double reverse lfotation process, under the condition of the grinding ifneness of-74μm covering 80%, and with the new reagent EM-LS-01 as the magnesium removal collector, EM-FM-01 as the desilication collector, realizing the effective separation of phosphorus minerals and gangue minerals.
