目的:探讨激活素A(ACTA)、抑制素A(INHA)在正常子宫内膜的表达及其临床意义。方法30例患者的正常子宫内膜组织分为增生期16例(增生期组)、分泌期14例(分泌期组)。采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法检测两组子宫内膜ACTA、INHA的表达;电化学发光法检测血清性激素雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平;酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血清ACTA、INHA水平。结果 ACTA、INHA表达阳性细胞的着色部位主要是在子宫内膜腺体上皮细胞的细胞浆内,呈淡黄色、深棕色或褐色。分泌期组ACTA、INHA的表达均强于增生期,差异有统计学意义(t分别=-5.16、-4.19, P均<0.05)。增生期组ACTA、INHA 表达水平与血清E2均呈正相关(r分别=0.53、0.61, P均<0.05);与血清P无相关性(r分别=-0.19、-0.30,P均>0.05);分泌期组ACTA 、INHA表达水平与血清E2、P均呈正相关(r分别=0.54、0.74;0.54、0.68,P均<0.05)。增生期组和分泌期组ACTA、INHA 表达水平均与血清ACTA、INHA呈正相关(r分别=0.52、0.57;0.59、0.69,P均<0.05)。结论 ACTA、INHA在正常子宫内膜增生期分泌期均有表达,但分泌期表达明显增强。 ACTA、INHA表达与血清E2、P密切相关,可能参与子宫内膜的成熟,在旁分泌/自分泌机制中起作用。

목적:탐토격활소A(ACTA)、억제소A(INHA)재정상자궁내막적표체급기림상의의。방법30례환자적정상자궁내막조직분위증생기16례(증생기조)、분비기14례(분비기조)。채용면역조직화학련매소항생물소단백-과양화물매련결법검측량조자궁내막ACTA、INHA적표체;전화학발광법검측혈청성격소자이순(E2)、잉동(P)수평;매련면역흡부측정법검측혈청ACTA、INHA수평。결과 ACTA、INHA표체양성세포적착색부위주요시재자궁내막선체상피세포적세포장내,정담황색、심종색혹갈색。분비기조ACTA、INHA적표체균강우증생기,차이유통계학의의(t분별=-5.16、-4.19, P균<0.05)。증생기조ACTA、INHA 표체수평여혈청E2균정정상관(r분별=0.53、0.61, P균<0.05);여혈청P무상관성(r분별=-0.19、-0.30,P균>0.05);분비기조ACTA 、INHA표체수평여혈청E2、P균정정상관(r분별=0.54、0.74;0.54、0.68,P균<0.05)。증생기조화분비기조ACTA、INHA 표체수평균여혈청ACTA、INHA정정상관(r분별=0.52、0.57;0.59、0.69,P균<0.05)。결론 ACTA、INHA재정상자궁내막증생기분비기균유표체,단분비기표체명현증강。 ACTA、INHA표체여혈청E2、P밀절상관,가능삼여자궁내막적성숙,재방분비/자분비궤제중기작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of activin A(ACTA) and inhibin A(INHA) in normal endometrium. Methods Thirty normal endometrial tissues were divided to proliferative phase group with 16 cases and secretory phase group with 14 cases. The expression of ACTA and INHA in normal endometrial tissues were detected by Immunohistochemistry(IHC) SP method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The expression levels of E2 and P in serum were measured by chemiluminescence assay. Results The shaded parts of ACTA, INHA positive expres-sion cells mainly in the cytoplasm of endometrial glandular epithelial cells within pale yellow, dark brown or brown. Ex-pression of ACTA and INHA in the secretory phase were significantly higher than that in the proliferative phase (t=-5.16,-4.19,P<0.05).The expression of ACTA, INHA were positively related with serum E2(r=0.53,0.61,P<0.05)in the prolif-erative phase group while were not related with P (r=-0.19,-0.30,P>0.05). In the secretory phase group, the expression of both ACTA and INHA were positively related with serum E2 and P(r=0.54, 0.74, 0.54, 0.68,P<0.05).The expression of ACTA, INHA of two groups were positively related with serum ACTA and INHA (r= 0.52,0.57,0.59,0.69,P<0.05). Conclusion ACTA and INHA were detected in all normal endometrial tissues while significantly higher expression were found in the secretory phase when compared with the proliferative phase. Moreover, ACTA and INHA were closely related with the level of E2 and P in serum. They may participate in the maturing of the endometrium and play their role in paracrine or autocrine mechanisms of endometrium.
