目的：探讨中老年原发性高血压患者血尿酸（UA）水平与颈动脉粥样硬化（ACS）之间的关系并分析 UA 对 ACS 的预测价值。方法随机选取单纯中老年原发性高血压患者339例。根据颈动脉内膜是否增厚及是否有斑块形成分成颈动脉粥样硬化和颈动脉正常两组，分析各组 UA 水平与 ACS 之间的关系，并分析 UA 对 ACS 发生的预测价值。结果随 UA 增加，ACS 发生率亦增加，UA 正常组 ACS 发生率为20．3％，高 UA 组 ACS 发生率为66．7％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；以 UA 为检测变量，ACS 分组为状态变量，建立 ROC 曲线，其中男性曲线下面积（AUC）＝0．798（P ＜0．05），女性 AUC ＝0．830（P ＜0．05），都有较好的预测价值。结论中老年原发性高血压患者 UA 水平与 ACS 发生有关，且女性 UA 水平对 ACS 发生的预测价值更高。
목적：탐토중노년원발성고혈압환자혈뇨산（UA）수평여경동맥죽양경화（ACS）지간적관계병분석 UA 대 ACS 적예측개치。방법수궤선취단순중노년원발성고혈압환자339례。근거경동맥내막시부증후급시부유반괴형성분성경동맥죽양경화화경동맥정상량조，분석각조 UA 수평여 ACS 지간적관계，병분석 UA 대 ACS 발생적예측개치。결과수 UA 증가，ACS 발생솔역증가，UA 정상조 ACS 발생솔위20．3％，고 UA 조 ACS 발생솔위66．7％，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；이 UA 위검측변량，ACS 분조위상태변량，건립 ROC 곡선，기중남성곡선하면적（AUC）＝0．798（P ＜0．05），녀성 AUC ＝0．830（P ＜0．05），도유교호적예측개치。결론중노년원발성고혈압환자 UA 수평여 ACS 발생유관，차녀성 UA 수평대 ACS 발생적예측개치경고。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA)levels and the carotid atherosclerosis(ACS),and assess the predictive value of UA on ACS in middle -aged patients with essential hyper-tension.Method 339 cases of patients with essential hypertension were selected randomly from our high blood pres-sure database.All study participants were divided into two groups depending on whether carotid intimal was thickening or carotid artery block was formed,namely,ACS group and normal group.The relationship between UA levels and ACS,the predictive value of UA on ACS were analyzed.Results With the increasing of UA levels,the incidence of ACS increased rapidly,which was 20.3% and 66.7% in control group and ACS group ,respectively (P <0.05).For UA test variables,the ACS group as state variables,state variables was 1 ,in ROC curve,UA had the largest area un-der the curve (AUC)of 0.798 (P <0.05)and 0.830 (P <0.05)between male and female.Conclusion The ser-um UA levels and ACS in related closely in the middle -aged patients with essential hypertension,and the serum UA levels of female have more higher predictive value on ACS than male.
