CuW电触头材料密度大、膨胀系数小,且具有良好的导电导热性,因此被广泛应用于开关电器领域。本文回顾了CuW电触头材料的发展历史,从制备工艺和优化改性两方面对国内外研究进展进行了总结,分析了国内外CuW电接触材料各种制备技术的优缺点及使用条件,最后提出了CuW电接触材料今后的发展方向,以期为CuW电触头材料的发展提供参考。
CuW電觸頭材料密度大、膨脹繫數小,且具有良好的導電導熱性,因此被廣汎應用于開關電器領域。本文迴顧瞭CuW電觸頭材料的髮展歷史,從製備工藝和優化改性兩方麵對國內外研究進展進行瞭總結,分析瞭國內外CuW電接觸材料各種製備技術的優缺點及使用條件,最後提齣瞭CuW電接觸材料今後的髮展方嚮,以期為CuW電觸頭材料的髮展提供參攷。

The CuW electrical contact material has high density, low expansion coefficient, and good electric and thermal conductivity, and so it has been widely used in switching device field. This paper briefly reviews the development history of CuW electrical contact materials. The preparation technology and modification of CuW electrical contact materials in China and abroad are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages, and application condition of different preparation technologies are analyzed. Finally, the paper points out the development direction of CuW electrical contact materials, which is expected to be a reference for the development of CuW materials.
