目的：探讨米索前列醇在预防产后出血的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院接收的166例自然分娩的产妇病例作为观察对象，随机将病例分为观察组和对照组，各83例，对照组产妇使用缩宫素进行子宫肌注，观察组产妇使用米索前列醇进行治疗，比较两组产妇的出血情况及治疗效果。结果观察组出血情况明显少于对照组，且产妇在第三产程的时间明显比对照组的时间短，比较有差异性，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自然分娩的产妇使用米索前列醇片预防产后出血有较好的临床效果，能有效促进子宫收缩，减少出血情况。
목적：탐토미색전렬순재예방산후출혈적림상치료효과。방법선취본원접수적166례자연분면적산부병례작위관찰대상，수궤장병례분위관찰조화대조조，각83례，대조조산부사용축궁소진행자궁기주，관찰조산부사용미색전렬순진행치료，비교량조산부적출혈정황급치료효과。결과관찰조출혈정황명현소우대조조，차산부재제삼산정적시간명현비대조조적시간단，비교유차이성，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론자연분면적산부사용미색전렬순편예방산후출혈유교호적림상효과，능유효촉진자궁수축，감소출혈정황。
Objective To study the analysis of misoprostol in the clinical treatment effect of preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Method Choose 166 cases of natural childbirth puerpera as research object, the cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each had 83 cases, control group was used oxytocin for maternal uterine muscle injection, observation groupwas used misoprostol treatment, compared two groups of maternal bleeding and the treatment effect. Results The bleeding in observed group was obviously less than control group, and maternal in the third labor time signiifcantly shorter than the control group, with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Natural childbirth puerpera using misoprostol tablets to prevent postpartum hemorrhage has good clinical effect, can effectively promote the uterine contractions, reduce bleeding.
