目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测95例子宫颈癌(ICC)、67例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和104例正常宫颈上皮(NCE)中VEGF的表达情况,同时检测微血管密度(MVD,CD34标记)和癌细胞增殖标记指数(Ki-67标记),将后两者与VEGF表达进行比较。结果正常宫颈上皮VEGF不表达或弱表达,上皮内瘤变和子宫颈癌VEGF阳性表达,并且表达率显著升高(P<0.05),与组织学分级、癌细胞增殖指数(Ki-67)、MVD显著正相关(r=0.602,P<0.01),但与年龄、FIGO分期和间质浸润无关(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF与子宫颈癌变的发生、发展关系密切,可以作为监测宫颈癌及判断预后的参考指标。

목적:탐토혈관내피생장인자(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)재자궁경암급궁경상피내류변적표체급의의。방법채용면역조직화학S-P법검측95례자궁경암(ICC)、67례궁경상피내류변(CIN)화104례정상궁경상피(NCE)중VEGF적표체정황,동시검측미혈관밀도(MVD,CD34표기)화암세포증식표기지수(Ki-67표기),장후량자여VEGF표체진행비교。결과정상궁경상피VEGF불표체혹약표체,상피내류변화자궁경암VEGF양성표체,병차표체솔현저승고(P<0.05),여조직학분급、암세포증식지수(Ki-67)、MVD현저정상관(r=0.602,P<0.01),단여년령、FIGO분기화간질침윤무관(P>0.05)。결론 VEGF여자궁경암변적발생、발전관계밀절,가이작위감측궁경암급판단예후적삼고지표。
ObjectiveTo study the vascular endothelial growth factor(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)in cervical cancer and the expression and significance of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia .MethodsUsing immunohistochemical S-P method to detect 95 example cervical cancer(ICC),67 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 104 cases of normal cervical epithelium(an NCE)the expression of VEGF in the situation,at the same time to detect microvascular density(MVD,CD34 markers)and cancer cell proliferation index of tag(Ki-67),which will both be compared with VEGF expression.ResultsVEGF is not expressed or weekly expressed in normal cervical epithelium while is of positively expression in intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer,and the expression rate increased significantly(P<0.05),which is also positively correlated with the the histologic grading,cancer cell proliferation index(Ki-67)and the MVD(r=0.602,P<0.01),but is not related to age,FIGO staging,and interstitial infiltration(P>0.05).ConclusionVEGF is close to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and can be used as a reference index to monitoring of cervical cancer and prognosis.
