心力衰竭(HF)是各种器质性心脏病的终末阶段,具有较高的病死率和致残率,很少有治疗措施可改善HF患者住院期间及出院后的长期预后。近期研究发现以电生理为基础的非药物治疗可有效治疗慢性HF。未来慢性HF的研究的目标是明确电生理学的作用机制和电生理学的治疗方法,以及使用该方法治疗后潜在的不良结果,为老年慢性HF的治疗开辟更为广阔的空间。

Heart failure (HF) is a terminal stage of various organic heart diseases and has relatively high mortality and morbidity. But, there are few interventions effectively improving its long-term outcomes during or soon after hospitalization. Recent studies showed that nonpharmacologic electrophysiology-based interventions have significant effect on chronic HF. Therefore, future studies should focus on the underlying mechanisms of electrophysiological interventions, clarify these nonpharmacologic methods, and investigate the possible adverse effects in order to explore more effective approaches for the treatment of chronic HF in the elderly.
