旨在探讨复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物的影响.选用90头30~32日龄、体重相近的(长×大)断奶仔猪,将其分为3个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪(5公5母).3个处理组分别是对照组(只饲喂基础日粮)、抗生素组(基础日粮+抗生素)和复合微生态制剂组(基础日粮+复合微生态制剂);试验期30 d.结果表明:试验各个阶段和整个试验期,饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能无显著影响(P >0.05).试验结束时,饲喂复合微生态制剂的断奶仔猪的平均日增重分别比基础日粮组和抗生素组提高5.63%和7.73%、料重比分别下降7.24%和2.82%;试验第15 d和第30 d,饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对断奶仔猪粪便中乳酸杆菌数无显著影响(P >0.05);试验第30 d,饲喂复合微生态制剂的仔猪粪便大肠杆菌的数量显著低于对照组和抗生素组(P <0.05).综合分析,复合微生态制剂可以抑制粪便中大肠杆菌的生长,促进断奶仔猪健康,改善其生长性能.
旨在探討複閤微生態製劑對斷奶仔豬生長性能、糞便微生物的影響.選用90頭30~32日齡、體重相近的(長×大)斷奶仔豬,將其分為3箇處理組,每組3箇重複,每箇重複10頭豬(5公5母).3箇處理組分彆是對照組(隻飼餵基礎日糧)、抗生素組(基礎日糧+抗生素)和複閤微生態製劑組(基礎日糧+複閤微生態製劑);試驗期30 d.結果錶明:試驗各箇階段和整箇試驗期,飼料中添加複閤微生態製劑對斷奶仔豬生長性能無顯著影響(P >0.05).試驗結束時,飼餵複閤微生態製劑的斷奶仔豬的平均日增重分彆比基礎日糧組和抗生素組提高5.63%和7.73%、料重比分彆下降7.24%和2.82%;試驗第15 d和第30 d,飼料中添加複閤微生態製劑對斷奶仔豬糞便中乳痠桿菌數無顯著影響(P >0.05);試驗第30 d,飼餵複閤微生態製劑的仔豬糞便大腸桿菌的數量顯著低于對照組和抗生素組(P <0.05).綜閤分析,複閤微生態製劑可以抑製糞便中大腸桿菌的生長,促進斷奶仔豬健康,改善其生長性能.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of compound probiotics supplementation on growth performance and fecal micro flora of weaned piglets. Ninety piglets (Large White × Landrace) weaned at 30 to 32days of age were selected and divided into 3 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 10 piglets per replicate(5 females and 5 males). The three treatments were:control (a basal diets without antibiotics and compound probiotics ), antibiotic group(the basal diets with antibiotic), compound probiotics group(the basal diets with compound probiotics). The trial lasted for 30 days. The results showed that:During the each period and the whole experiment period, there was no significant effect among three treatments on growth performance(P>0.05). At the end of trial, the ADG of the compound probiotics group was higher than that of the control group(5.63%) and antibiotics group(7.73%), The F/G of the compound probiotics group was lower than that of the control group(7.24%) and antibiotics group(2.82%). At days 15 and 30, there was no significant effect among three treatments on the number of Lactobacillus(P > 0.05). On day 30, the number of E. coli in feces of the piglets fed the diets supplemented with compound probiotics was significantly lower than that fed the basal diets and the basal diets with antibiotic(P< 0.05). These results suggest that the compound probiotics decreases the number of E. coli in feces, promoting weaned piglets health and improving the growth performance of weaned piglets.
