目的：探讨股骨头坏死愈胶囊对激素性股骨头坏死的防治效果及作用机制，为该药的临床应用提供科学依据。方法以36只新西兰大白兔为研究对象，随机分为正常组和股骨头坏死愈组、通络生骨胶囊组、造模空白组，通过血液学检查统计各组血清中骨钙素及降钙素水平。结果通过光镜观察结合X线电子计算机断层扫描（CT）和核磁共振扫描（MRI）检查证明造模成功，治疗后，造模组血清BGP与CT水平明显低于正常组（P＜0．05）；给药12周时测量结果显示股骨头坏死愈组血清BGP与CT水平明显高于模型组（P＜0．05）；通络生骨胶囊组血清BGP与CT水平明显高于模型组（P＜0．05）；股骨头坏死愈组血清BGP与CT水平与通络生骨胶囊组相比，各个指标差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论股骨头坏死愈胶囊能够提高兔激素性股骨头坏死血清骨钙素与降钙素水平，对激素性股骨头坏死具有治疗作用。
목적：탐토고골두배사유효낭대격소성고골두배사적방치효과급작용궤제，위해약적림상응용제공과학의거。방법이36지신서란대백토위연구대상，수궤분위정상조화고골두배사유조、통락생골효낭조、조모공백조，통과혈액학검사통계각조혈청중골개소급강개소수평。결과통과광경관찰결합X선전자계산궤단층소묘（CT）화핵자공진소묘（MRI）검사증명조모성공，치료후，조모조혈청BGP여CT수평명현저우정상조（P＜0．05）；급약12주시측량결과현시고골두배사유조혈청BGP여CT수평명현고우모형조（P＜0．05）；통락생골효낭조혈청BGP여CT수평명현고우모형조（P＜0．05）；고골두배사유조혈청BGP여CT수평여통락생골효낭조상비，각개지표차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론고골두배사유효낭능구제고토격소성고골두배사혈청골개소여강개소수평，대격소성고골두배사구유치료작용。
Objective To explore the preventive effect and mechanism on steroid-induced femoral head necrosis treated with Gugutou Huaisi Yu Capsules so as to provide the scientific evidence of the drug for clinical application.Methods Thirty-six New Zealand white rabbits were selected as the subjects and ran-domized into a normal group,Gugutou Huaisi Yu Capsules group,Tongluo Shenggu Capsules group and model blank group.The levels of serum osteocalcin and calcitonin were analyzed statistically with hematologic exam-ination.Results The optical microscope,X-ray CT and MRI were used together to prove the success of modeling.After treatment,the levels of osteocalcin and calcitonin in the model group were lower apparently than those in the normal group(P<0.05).In 1 2 weeks of medication,the levels of osteocalcin and calcitonin in Gugutou Huaisi Yu Capsules group were higher apparently than those in the model group(P<0.05), Those in Tongluo Shenggu Capsules were higher apparently than those in the model group(P<0.05 ).The difference was not significant in comparison between Gugutou Huaisi Yu Capsules group and Tongluo Shenggu Capsules(P>0.05).Conclusion Gugutou Huaisi Yu Capsules increase the levels of osteocalcin and calci-tonin in rabbits and are effective in the treatment of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
