针对某电厂1、2号发电机组在运行中频繁发“发电机跳闸”报警,引起机组热工保护PLC动作,使抽汽逆止门关闭的问题进行分析,提出改进措施。分析结果表明:故障产生的原因是保护电源受到干扰,干扰信号通过J1、J3长线路上的等效电容进入到PLC中,引起了“发电机跳闸”保护误动。对原发电机跳闸信号线路进行改进后,抽汽逆止门异常关闭的现象不再发生。
針對某電廠1、2號髮電機組在運行中頻繁髮“髮電機跳閘”報警,引起機組熱工保護PLC動作,使抽汽逆止門關閉的問題進行分析,提齣改進措施。分析結果錶明:故障產生的原因是保護電源受到榦擾,榦擾信號通過J1、J3長線路上的等效電容進入到PLC中,引起瞭“髮電機跳閘”保護誤動。對原髮電機跳閘信號線路進行改進後,抽汽逆止門異常關閉的現象不再髮生。
침대모전엄1、2호발전궤조재운행중빈번발“발전궤도갑”보경,인기궤조열공보호PLC동작,사추기역지문관폐적문제진행분석,제출개진조시。분석결과표명:고장산생적원인시보호전원수도간우,간우신호통과J1、J3장선로상적등효전용진입도PLC중,인기료“발전궤도갑”보호오동。대원발전궤도갑신호선로진행개진후,추기역지문이상관폐적현상불재발생。
Aiming at the problem of No. 1 and No.2 units in a power plant frequently occurring gen-erator trip in operation, causing programmable logic controller (PLC) action, bringing on extraction check valve closing, to make analysis. The analysis result shows that the causes of the problem are power source of protection device get disturbance, the disturbance signal come into PLC through equivalent capacity on J1 and J3 lines, lead to protection device misoperation of generator trip. Afeter improving trip signal line of the original generator, the phenomenon of extraction check valve abnor-mal closing have never appearance.
