目的：探讨品管圈（QCC ）活动在提升入院患者护理计划制定合格率中的应用。方法成立QCC小组，确立主题，采取整群抽样进行调查，设立目标，运用PDCA理念解析在入院患者护理计划制定中存在的问题，制定对策并实施。结果 QCC活动后入院患者护理计划制定的合格率由改善前50．3％上升至改善后91．2％，且比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 QCC活动规范了入院患者护理计划的制定，有助于提高护理质量及工作效率，提升了护士的综合素质。
목적：탐토품관권（QCC ）활동재제승입원환자호리계화제정합격솔중적응용。방법성립QCC소조，학립주제，채취정군추양진행조사，설립목표，운용PDCA이념해석재입원환자호리계화제정중존재적문제，제정대책병실시。결과 QCC활동후입원환자호리계화제정적합격솔유개선전50．3％상승지개선후91．2％，차비교유현저성차이（P＜0．01）。결론 QCC활동규범료입원환자호리계화적제정，유조우제고호리질량급공작효솔，제승료호사적종합소질。
Objective To investigate the Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities in improving the qualified rate of nurs-ing care plan .Methods We set up the QCC team ,established the theme ,took cluster sampling investigation and set goals . With the theory of PDCA ,we analyzed the problems in making nursing care plan ,formulated measures and implement .Re-sults After QCC activities ,the qualified rate of nursing care plan was increased from 50 .3% to 91 .2% .The difference was significant (P<0 .01) .Conclusion QCC activities normalized the plan of nursing care ,contributed to improve the quality of nursing ,work efficiency and the comprehensive capability of nurses .
