目的：回顾性对比分析美皮康敷料与传统压疮护理在治疗高龄（年龄≥80岁）患者压疮的疗效差异。方法对144例高龄压疮患者分为对照组和观察组，观察组采用美皮康敷料治疗，对照组采用传统方法治疗压疮。对比观察两组治愈率、换药次数、愈合时间。结果观察组治愈率、换药次数、愈合时间与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论美皮康敷料治疗高龄患者压疮的治愈率高，换药次数少且可缩短疮面愈合时间，操作简便，适合临床广泛应用。
목적：회고성대비분석미피강부료여전통압창호리재치료고령（년령≥80세）환자압창적료효차이。방법대144례고령압창환자분위대조조화관찰조，관찰조채용미피강부료치료，대조조채용전통방법치료압창。대비관찰량조치유솔、환약차수、유합시간。결과관찰조치유솔、환약차수、유합시간여대조조상비차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론미피강부료치료고령환자압창적치유솔고，환약차수소차가축단창면유합시간，조작간편，괄합림상엄범응용。
Objective To analysis the clinical efficacy and nursing principle of Mepilex bor der in treatment of elderly patients with pressure sores.Methods 144 elderly patients with pressure sores were divided into observation group and control group.Observation group patients were treated with Mepilex border , and control group patients were treated with traditional meth-od.The two groups were compared in terms of the cure rate ,drug border changes times and w und healing t me.Results The cure rate,drug border changes times and wound healing time in observation group were better than control g roup (all P<0.05).Conclu-sion Mepilex border had better cure rate ,less drug border changes times and short wound healing time ,can be widely applied clini-cally.
