This paper introduces general situation of Leping City and status quo of water drainage, aimed at its status quo of water drainage and landform features, specialized planning and design put forward how to take the reasonable value of water consumption practically. With the reasonable prediction of sewage amount, this planning scheme is considered as feasible, which provide great guiding significance to construction of water drainage system in Leping City.
