采用D2EHPA溶剂对含锌镍酸性溶液进行萃取分离锌、镍试验研究,在最佳萃取、反萃分离条件下,锌的萃取、反萃率分别为99.34%、99.79%,镍的萃取、反萃率分别为99.16%、99.58%,锌镍分离系数达25000以上,得到的含锌、含镍反萃液分别符合电解锌、电解镍的技术要求。
採用D2EHPA溶劑對含鋅鎳痠性溶液進行萃取分離鋅、鎳試驗研究,在最佳萃取、反萃分離條件下,鋅的萃取、反萃率分彆為99.34%、99.79%,鎳的萃取、反萃率分彆為99.16%、99.58%,鋅鎳分離繫數達25000以上,得到的含鋅、含鎳反萃液分彆符閤電解鋅、電解鎳的技術要求。

The paper studied that the sulphuric acid solution contained zinc and nickel were separated by solvent extraction using D2EHPA as extraction agent.The results showed that ,in the best conditions,the extraction and back-extraction ratio of zinc reached 99.34% and 99.79%, respectively. The extraction and back-extraction ratio of nickel reached 99.16% and 99.58%, respectively.The separation factor of zinc and nickel was more than 25 000.The content of Zn and Ni in the back-extraction solution respectively conform the electrolysis requirements.
