华北油田部分油藏注水井注水压力高、出砂严重,导致注水井频繁出现砂埋、套变,严重制约了油田注水开发。为解决常规和带压冲砂作业风险高、效果差、周期长的难题,提出了在带压注水井中利用连续油管实施冲砂洗井;通过在京11、岔河集等油田58口井现场作业表明,该工艺冲砂工序简单,施工周期短;对长期砂埋停注待大修井的恢复作用较好,可减少作业队伍占用。该技术为砂埋停注待大修的注水井重新恢复正常注水提供了一种新途径,具有极为重要的推广价值。
華北油田部分油藏註水井註水壓力高、齣砂嚴重,導緻註水井頻繁齣現砂埋、套變,嚴重製約瞭油田註水開髮。為解決常規和帶壓遲砂作業風險高、效果差、週期長的難題,提齣瞭在帶壓註水井中利用連續油管實施遲砂洗井;通過在京11、岔河集等油田58口井現場作業錶明,該工藝遲砂工序簡單,施工週期短;對長期砂埋停註待大脩井的恢複作用較好,可減少作業隊伍佔用。該技術為砂埋停註待大脩的註水井重新恢複正常註水提供瞭一種新途徑,具有極為重要的推廣價值。

The injectors in part of Huabei oilifeld reservoirs have high injection pressure, and severe sanding problem, leading to frequent sand burying and casing deformation, which affects severely water injection development of the ifeld. To ifx the dififculties of high risk, poor effect, and long cycle about conventional and pressure sand washing operations, it was proposed to take use of coiled tub-ing to conduct the sand washing work. The applications on 58 wells in Jing 11 and Chaheji ifelds showed that the technology had simple procedure and short operation cycle. It had good recovery effect for long-term sand buried injectors and could decrease man power occu-pation. The technology supplies a novel method of recovering water injection for sand buried injectors, and it has great promotion value.
