为满足页岩气水平井分段大型压裂施工的需要,根据施工井的具体情况对主要压裂设备(压裂机组)进行了优化配置,并配套了压裂液混配设备、低压供液系统、立式砂罐等辅助压裂设备,满足了勘探阶段页岩气水平井大型压裂大排量、大液量、大砂量、使用多种液体和多种粒径支撑剂、施工时间长的工艺要求。涪页HF-1井、彭页HF-1井、延页平1井等3口页岩气水平井的成功压裂作业,为页岩气水平井大型压裂施工设备配套及应用积累了经验,增强了页岩气水平井大型压裂施工服务的能力。对今后页岩气“井工厂”模式的开发,目前的压裂设备配套与压裂工艺对设备的需求还有一定的距离,需要加以完善。

To fulifll the necessary of large scale staged fracturing operation in the shale gas horizontal wells, the main frac-turing equipment (fracturing units) was optimized according to the concrete requirements of construction well. And then a series of accessorial equipment were matched such as fracturing lfuids blending system, low pressure lfuids supplying system, vertical sand tanks. The optimized equipment and technology meet the requirements of large scale staged fracturing operation in the shale gas horizontal wells, which is characterized by high pumping rate, large lfuids volume, huge proppants volume, various lfuids and various proppants involved and long operational time. The new technique was successfully applied in wells Fuye HF-1, Pengye HF-1, and Yanyeping-1. So experiences have been accumulated on the large scale shale gas horizontal wells fracturing equipments outiftting and application, and services capability on the large scale shale horizontal wells stimulation have been enhanced. For‘well factory’ model of shale gas development in the future, fracturing equipments outiftting and technologies at present are fallen behind the requirement, which need to be improved.
