以硝酸盐混合溶液喷雾干燥后的粉末为原材料制备了Co2-Z型铁氧体。分别利用XRD、SEM和微波矢量网络分析仪对产物的晶体结构、形貌及其电磁性能进行表征,并模拟计算不同样品厚度的吸波性能。结果表明,最佳焙烧温度为1100℃,比传统固相法低;所制备的Co2-Z型铁氧体为直径约2μm的六方片状,这是吸波材料理想的形貌;吸波性能优良,4mm铁氧体-石蜡样品(质量比3∶1)最大吸收量约为26dB。
以硝痠鹽混閤溶液噴霧榦燥後的粉末為原材料製備瞭Co2-Z型鐵氧體。分彆利用XRD、SEM和微波矢量網絡分析儀對產物的晶體結構、形貌及其電磁性能進行錶徵,併模擬計算不同樣品厚度的吸波性能。結果錶明,最佳焙燒溫度為1100℃,比傳統固相法低;所製備的Co2-Z型鐵氧體為直徑約2μm的六方片狀,這是吸波材料理想的形貌;吸波性能優良,4mm鐵氧體-石蠟樣品(質量比3∶1)最大吸收量約為26dB。

Co2-Z type ferrite was successfully prepared by using mixed nitrate powders via spray drying as the staring mattering materials. X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vector network analyzer have been used to characterize the crystal structure, morphology and electromagnetic property. And the microwave absorbing properties of sample with different thickness have been calculated. The results show that the 1100℃-calcined Co2-Z type ferrite with hexagonal flake shape and diameter of 2μm were obtained at calcining temperature of 1100℃, which is lower than that of traditional solid-phase method. For the sample with 4 mm thickness, the maximum reflecting power loss is about 26dB, indicating the sample as a very promising microwave absorption material.
