信用合作组织是一种特殊的金融机构形态。从政治经济学的视角考察经济史，还原信用合作组织萌芽、产生及发展的基本历程，可以找到推动这一组织产生和发展的历史逻辑与演进动力，进而合理界定这一组织的本质属性。对于信用合作组织本质的一个合乎逻辑的推论是：一个国家或地区的信用合作组织能否健康发展取决于对其本质属性的坚持与否，这对厘清现阶段我国信用合作社的改革方向具有重要的启示意义。
信用閤作組織是一種特殊的金融機構形態。從政治經濟學的視角攷察經濟史，還原信用閤作組織萌芽、產生及髮展的基本歷程，可以找到推動這一組織產生和髮展的歷史邏輯與縯進動力，進而閤理界定這一組織的本質屬性。對于信用閤作組織本質的一箇閤乎邏輯的推論是：一箇國傢或地區的信用閤作組織能否健康髮展取決于對其本質屬性的堅持與否，這對釐清現階段我國信用閤作社的改革方嚮具有重要的啟示意義。

The credit cooperative organization is a very special form of a financial institution. Based on the perspective of political economy, this paper finds out driving force for development of the credit cooperative organization by reviewing in-depth economic history and developmental process of the credit cooperative organization and thus makes a reasonable definition of its essential attributes. A reasonable reasoning for the credit cooperative organization is:whether the credit cooperative organization in a country or region can be developed healthily or not depends on whether the essential attributes of the credit cooperative organization can be adhered to, which is of significance to set the direction for the reform in China's credit cooperatives union.
