目的探讨剖宫产术后动力性肠梗阻促进肠蠕动的护理方法及体会。方法对我院2010年1月~2012年8月共15例剖宫产术后48h内无排气排便、动力性肠梗阻者应用60ml开塞露灌肠促进肠蠕动恢复的护理。结果15例患者予60ml开塞露灌肠后均立即有排气、排便，只有1例患者行胃肠减压。结论剖宫产术后动力性肠梗阻者应用60ML开塞露灌肠，能快速、有效地促进肠蠕动，帮助排便、排气。

Objective to explore the nursing methods of dynamic ileus after cesarean section promoting bowel peristalsis and experience. Methods in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012, a total of 15 cases within 48 hours after cesarean section without exhaust and defecate dynamic ileus is 60 ml application open plug enema promote intestinal peristalsis recovery nursing. Results 15 cases with 60 ml are immediately after opening plug dew enema with exhaust and defecate, only 1 case of patients with gastrointestinal decompression. Conclusion dynamic ileus after cesarean section 60 ml application open plug enema, can quickly and ef ectively promote intestinal peristalsis, help defecate, exhaust.
