目的分析经病理证实的23例胃间质瘤多层螺旋CT征象，探索胃间质瘤的CT表现的特点。方法收集经病理证实的胃间质瘤23例，分析其临床表现及CT特征。结果临床表现为非特异性症状者12例，腹部肿块4例，10例患者有上消化道出血，原因不明的贫血，体重减轻，无特异症状者1例；良性5例，交界性7例，恶性11例；肿块位于胃底部14例，胃体6例，其它部位3例，7例出现肝脏转移，2例腹腔转移；黏膜下肌层生长2例，腔内生长3例，有浆膜外侵润的7例，向腔内外同时生长11例；16例肿块内部出现囊变、坏死，21例周边强化为主。结论胃间质瘤的临床表现不典型；胃间质瘤好发于胃底部，其次为胃体部；间质瘤的CT表现为囊变、坏死多见，周边强化为主。

Objective analysis of 23 pathological y proven cases of gastric stromal tumor of multilayer spiral CT signs, explore gastric stromal tumor CT features. Methods the pathology of gastric stromal tumors in 23 cases, analysis of the clinical manifestation and CT. Results The clinical presentation is non-specific symptoms in 12 cases, abdominal mass in 4 cases,10cases of patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract, unexplained anemia, weight loss, no specific symptoms in 1 cases;5 cases were benign,7 borderline cases,11 cases of malignant tumor in stomach bot om; in 14 cases,6 cases of gastric body, in other parts of the body in 3 cases,7cases of liver metastasis,2cases of abdominal cavity metastasis; submucous muscular layer growth in 2 cases,3 cases with intraluminal growth, extraserosal invasion in 7 cases, to the cavity and growth in 11 cases;16cases of cystic mass inside, necrosis,21cases of peripheral enhancement mainly. Conclusion Gastric stromal tumor with atypical clinical presentation; gastric stromal tumors occur in the stomach, fol owed by the body portion of the stomach; stromal tumor CT manifestations of cystic degeneration, necrosis seen mainly,peripheral enhancement.
