国内外同行对炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease，IBD)和幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori , Hp)分别做过大量的研究，而对于 IBD和 Hp关系的论述不多。目的探讨IBD和Hp的关系。方法行14C-尿素呼气实验(C14 urea breath test，C14-UBT)检测179例IBD患者(男96例，平均年龄47.6岁)，其中溃疡性结肠炎患者（Ulcerative Colitis，UC)126例，克罗恩（Crohn' s disease，CD)患者53例，和104例肠易激综合症患者(irritable bowel syndrome，IBS)(男47例，平均年龄42.8岁)的Hp感染情况。结果179例IBD患者中C14-UBT阳性者33例（其中UC阳性者27例，CD阳性者6例），104例IBS患者中 C14-UBT阳性者43例，两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hp的感染可能对IBD的发生起保护作用。

There has been a lot of research on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) but lit le has been done on the relationship between the two. Objective To determine the relationship between IBD and Hp. Methods179 patients with IBD (96 men;mean age, 47.6 years) , which has 126 patients with Ulcerative Colitis (UC) and 53 patients with Crohn's disease (CD) , and 104 patients with irritable bowel syndrome (47 men;mean age, 42.8 years) as control group underwent C14 urea breath test for Hp. Results 33 of 179 patients with IBD (27/126 patients with UC and 6/53 patients with CD) and 43/104 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were positive for Hp, which was shown significant dif erence among the groups (P<0.05);Conclusion Hp infection may have a protective ef ect on the development of IBD.
