目的探讨环节质量控制对于提高整形美容手术健康教育的作用。方法将2012年1月~12月共984例整形美容手术患者按奇数和偶数分为实验和对照组,实验组除运用常规护理方法外,对健康教育实施环节质量控制;对照组实施常规护理,两组患者均于术后第3个月进行回访,比较两组患者满意度、投诉率、非计划手术率。结果对整形美容手术的患者健康教育进行环节质量控制后,患者离院后能够采用正确的方法对伤口进行护理,患者满意度提高、投诉率降低、非计划手术比例降低。结论对整形美容手术患者的健康教育进行环节质量控制,及时改进健康教育方式,护理效果优于常规护理。

Objective To investigate the role of quality control to improve the health education of plastic and cosmetic operation. Methods From2012 January to 2012 December a total of 984 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd and even. Routine nursing care was used in control group, and the quality control of health education and routine nursing care were both used in experiment group. The patient satisfaction, complaint rate and unplanned operation rate were measured at 3 month postoperatively. Results Using the quality control in health education after the plastic and cosmetic operation, proper wound care was used, when the patients leave the hospital. And the quality control can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the complaint rate and unplanned operation. Conclusion The application of quality control in health education for patients undergoing plastic and cosmetic operation could timely improvement the health education, and the nursing ef ect is bet er than the routine cursing care.
