目的通过META分析比较新辅助化疗联合放疗和单纯放疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌5年生存率的影响。方法通过万方数据库，中国生物医学文献数据库为主要来源检索检索国内已发表的相关文献。选择的治疗组为新辅助化疗联合放疗，对照组为单纯放疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的随机对照实验。由2位评价者分别按上述检索策略收集资料，按选择标准入选。入组的有5篇文献根据79长沙会议分期标准，入组的有11篇文献按92福州分期标准。分别对两种分期标准的5年总生存率进行meta分析。结果在治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌方面，上述两种分期标准的新辅助化疗联合放疗和单纯放疗相比，5年生存率分别提高了1.43倍（P=0.05）和1.68倍（P<0.00001）。结论新辅助化疗联合放疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌有长期生存获益，推荐临床使用。

Objective By Meta analysis to compare the 5 years survival rates of neochemo-radiotherapy with radiotherapy alone in treatment of advanced NPC. Methods Wanfang data and CBMdisc searches are the main informations. RCT (randomized clinical trial) for neochemo-radiotherapy with radiotherapy alone, A quantitative meta-analysis using updated information based on inclusion criterion from al available RCT was carried out by two reviewers.There were five articles based on 79ChangSha-meeting stage- criterion and there were eleven articles based on 92FuZhou stage- criterion. The meta-analysis was based on 5 years survival rates. Results comparing the 5 years survival rates of neochemo-radiotherapy with radiotherapy alone for advanced NPC, the results of the above two dif erent criterion respectively are 1.43 times relative increase was obtained (P=0.05), 1.68 times relative increase was obtained (P<0.00001). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy can be recommended as therapy for advanced nasopharygeal carcinoma at present.
