目的探讨盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法115例毛细支气管炎患儿被随机分为对照组（57例）、治疗组（58例），对照组给予抗病毒、抗感染，氨茶碱、琥珀酸氢化考的松静点等治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索、布地奈德、特布他林联合雾化吸入，对治疗前后两组主要症状体征变化及疗效进行比较。结果治疗组在喘息消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺内罗音消失时间均优于对照组（P<0.5）。结论氨溴索联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短病程，疗效确切，方便、安全，可作为佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的主要药物。
목적탐토염산안추색연합포지내덕、특포타림무화흡입치료소인모세지기관염적료효。방법115례모세지기관염환인피수궤분위대조조（57례）、치료조（58례），대조조급여항병독、항감염，안다감、호박산경화고적송정점등치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용염산안추색、포지내덕、특포타림연합무화흡입，대치료전후량조주요증상체정변화급료효진행비교。결과치료조재천식소실시간、해수소실시간、폐내라음소실시간균우우대조조（P<0.5）。결론안추색연합포지내덕、특포타림무화흡입치료소인모세지기관염가축단병정，료효학절，방편、안전，가작위좌치소인모세지기관염적주요약물。
Objective To observe the therapeutic ef ect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline in treatment of bronchiolitis through atomization inhalation.Methods In al 115 case of bronchiolitis in infants were randomized into control and therapy groups.The control group (n=57) was treated with antiviral drugs,antibiotics,aminofilina and hydrocorisone sodium succinate; while the therapy group (n=58) was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline by atomization inhalation and remedies included in the controls.The main clinical symptoms,physical signs and the clinical ef ects were observed in both group.Results The curative ef ect of treatment group was bet er than that of the control group (P<0.05).The cough recovery time,rales disappearance time, wheezing sound disappearance time were significantly shortened. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of bronchiolitis can be control ed with the use of Hydrochloride combined with budesonide and terbutaline inhalation which is convenient and without any side-ef ects.It can be one of the principal drugs in the assist-treatment of infants with bronchiolitis.
