目的从慢性铝中毒大鼠海马CA3区谷氨酸(Glutamate ,Glu)变化的角度,探讨铝的神经毒性作用机制。方法40只4~5月龄 SD大鼠,随机分为铝中毒组和正常对照组,经尼氏染色及Glu免疫组化染色,光镜下观察细胞形态,计数阳性神经元,用细胞形态学计量方法测量Glu阳性产物的平均光密度。结果铝中毒组大鼠海马CA3神经元变性、坏死,神经元数量减少, Glu阳性细胞减少,合成的谷氨酸(Glu)也减少。结论铝可对大鼠海马CA3区Glu阳性细胞产生毒性作用。

목적종만성려중독대서해마CA3구곡안산(Glutamate ,Glu)변화적각도,탐토려적신경독성작용궤제。방법40지4~5월령 SD대서,수궤분위려중독조화정상대조조,경니씨염색급Glu면역조화염색,광경하관찰세포형태,계수양성신경원,용세포형태학계량방법측량Glu양성산물적평균광밀도。결과려중독조대서해마CA3신경원변성、배사,신경원수량감소, Glu양성세포감소,합성적곡안산(Glu)야감소。결론려가대대서해마CA3구Glu양성세포산생독성작용。
Objective To study the morphological change of the neurons in the hippocampal CA3 area of rats with chronic aluminium toxicosis.Methods 40 SD rats of 4~5 months age were randomly divided into two groups:The aluminum exposed group, aluminum were gaved for 3 months by digestive tract ( 100mgAlcl3/kg/d),and normal control group, only equal distil ed water were gaved. the microstructure of neurons in the hippocampal CA3 area were observed under light microscopy. The glutamate-positive neurons in the hippocampal CA3 area were quantitatively analyzed with cel morphometric technique. Results Numbers and average optical density of Glu -positive neurons in the hippocampal CA3 area were significantly decreased in aluminum exposed group than in the normal control group.Conclusion Aluminum is toxic to Glu positive neurons in hippocampal CA3 area of rats.
