目的探讨白细胞减少症患者联合服用芪胶升白胶囊和地榆升白片的临床疗效及可能的作用机制。方法56例白细胞减少症患者随机分为芪胶组18例，地榆组18例，联合组20例。芪胶组应用芪胶升白胶囊2 g／次，3次／d，6 d为1个疗程，停药1d开始第2个疗程。地榆组应用地榆升白片20 mg／次，3次／d，6 d为1个疗程，停药l d开始第2个疗程。联合组应用芪胶升白胶囊2 g／次，3次／d 联合地榆升白片20 mg／次，3次／d，6 d为1个疗程，停药l d开始第2个疗程。用药2w后检测白细胞数。结果联合组与单药治疗各组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，而芪胶及地榆两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论联合应用芪胶升白胶囊、地榆升白片能更有效提升白细胞数量，改善临床不适症状。这一疗效与两药分别通过不同的机理作用有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy and possible mechanisms of action leukopenia disease patients jointly taking Qijiao shengbai capsules and diyu Shengbai piece. Methods 56 cases of leukopenia patients were randomly divided into the qijiao group, 18 patients, diyu group of 18 patients, the joint group of 20 patients. Two weeks after the detection of white blood cel count. Results the combination group and monotherapy groups have more significant dif erence (P <0.05), and Qijiao and diyu was no significant dif erence (P> 0.05). Conclusion The combination of qijiao capsules, the the diyu tablets can more ef ectively enhance the number of white blood cel s, to improve the clinical symptoms. This ef ect with the two drugs through dif erent mechanisms.
