目的观察一期根治性手术在肛周脓肿的应用效果。方法对我科2010年1月~2012年1月采用一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿96例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后随访3个月~1年，93例治愈无复发，1例延迟愈合，2例进行二次手术，治愈率97﹪。结论一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿治愈率高，避免患者二次手术，是一种理想的、疗效可靠的治疗肛周脓肿的术式。
목적관찰일기근치성수술재항주농종적응용효과。방법대아과2010년1월~2012년1월채용일차성근치술치료항주농종96례적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과술후수방3개월~1년，93례치유무복발，1례연지유합，2례진행이차수술，치유솔97﹪。결론일기근치술치료항주농종치유솔고，피면환자이차수술，시일충이상적、료효가고적치료항주농종적술식。
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of radical surgical procedure in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods Clinical data of 96 patients with Perianal Abscess underwent radical surgical procedure from January 2010 to January 2012 in our departmentl were retrospectively analyzed. Results After a fol ow up of three months to one year, of these 93 cases healed completely wel , 1 cases were delayed healing and 2 cases was operated again, the cure rate was 97﹪. Conclusion The radical surgical procedure has the characteristics of highly cure rate and avoiding the second surgery, which is ideal and reliable for perianal abscess.
