目的观察心理干预联合药物治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床效果，探讨Ⅲ型前列腺炎的心理治疗问题。方法238例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分为两组，对照组110例，采用临床常规方法进行治疗；治疗组128例，在接受临床常规治疗的同时应用心理干预疗法。疗程2个月。治疗前后两组分别应用国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)测评症状严重程度，焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍的患病状况。各项结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗后两组患者前列腺炎症状均有改善，但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后SAS、SDS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)；而治疗组治疗后 SAS、SDS评分有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论心理干预可有效改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的心理状态。对于Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者进行常规治疗的同时应积极进行心理干预治疗。
목적관찰심리간예연합약물치료Ⅲ형전렬선염적림상효과，탐토Ⅲ형전렬선염적심리치료문제。방법238례Ⅲ형전렬선염환자수궤분위량조，대조조110례，채용림상상규방법진행치료；치료조128례，재접수림상상규치료적동시응용심리간예요법。료정2개월。치료전후량조분별응용국제만성전렬선염증상평분(NIH-CPSI)측평증상엄중정도，초필자평량표(SAS)、억욱자평량표(SDS)측평환자초필、억욱등정서장애적환병상황。각항결과진행통계학분석。결과치료후량조환자전렬선염증상균유개선，단치료조개선정도명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。대조조치료후SAS、SDS평분무현저성차이(P>0.05)；이치료조치료후 SAS、SDS평분유현저성차이(P<0.005)。결론심리간예가유효개선Ⅲ형전렬선염환자적심리상태。대우Ⅲ형전렬선염환자진행상규치료적동시응적겁진행심리간예치료。
Objective To explore the issue of psychological treatment for type III prostatitis by observing the clinical results of psychological intervention therapy combined with drug treatment of type III prostatitis.Methods 238 cases of type III prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups:110 in the control group treated with conventional methods and 128 in the treatment group treated with conventional method combined with psychological intervention.Both groups were treated for 2 months. Before and after treatment, symptom severity of patients were evaluated with NIH-CPSI.Anxiety depression and other emotional problems were evaluated with self-rating scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS).The results were analyzed statistical y.Results The prostatitis symptoms were improved after treatment in both groups,but more significant improvement was observed in the psychological intervention group (P<0.05).In the control group after treatment,SAS and SDS scores had no significant dif erence (P>0.05);but SAS and SDS scores were significantly dif erent in the psychological intervention group (P<0.005).Conclusion Psychological intervention can ef ectively improve the psychological status of patients with type III prostatitis.The routine treatment of type III prostatitis should be combined with positive application of psychological intervention.
