近年来，随着医疗体制改革的不断发展，医院规模也日益壮大，医院档案的数量也明显增多。加强医院档案的管理工作，对医院的全面发展也显得极为重要。目前医院档案管理工作还不够完善，体系也不够健全，只有采取相应对策，不断创新服务意识，才能改变旧的档案管理模式，从而更加规范和科学的管理档案，更好地服务于医疗、教研等工作。
近年來，隨著醫療體製改革的不斷髮展，醫院規模也日益壯大，醫院檔案的數量也明顯增多。加彊醫院檔案的管理工作，對醫院的全麵髮展也顯得極為重要。目前醫院檔案管理工作還不夠完善，體繫也不夠健全，隻有採取相應對策，不斷創新服務意識，纔能改變舊的檔案管理模式，從而更加規範和科學的管理檔案，更好地服務于醫療、教研等工作。

in recent years, with the continuous development of the reform of the medical system, the hospital scale is growing, the number of hospital records are increasing rapidly. To strengthen the hospital file management, for the overal development of hospital is very important. At present the hospital archives management is not perfect, system is not perfect, only to take corresponding countermeasures, innovative service consciousness, to change the old management mode, so as to more standardized and scientific management of files, to bet er serve the medical treatment, teaching and research work.
