以 MoS2、玻璃纤维(GF)、纳米 Al2 O3等为填料制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,研究微米、纳米MoS2对复合材料摩擦学性能、磨损表面形貌的影响。结果表明:纳米 MoS2填充的 PTFE 复合材料的硬度较大、密度较小,且磨耗量、摩擦因数均小于微米 MoS2填充的 PTFE 复合材料;在 MoS2/PTFE 复合材料中填充玻璃纤维和 Al2 O3,可大幅降低材料的磨耗量,其中玻璃纤维填充的纳米 MoS2/PTFE 复合材料耐磨损性能最好,且硬度和密度最高,并具有相对较低的摩擦因数。

The Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composites were prepared with MoS2 ,glass fiber(GF)and nano-Al2 O3 as fillers.The effect of micro and nanometer MoS2 on the tribological properties and worn surface morphology of composite ma-terials was studied.The results show that PTFE composite material filled with nano-MoS2 has a higher hardness and lower density,lower wear loss and friction coefficient than that of filled with micron MoS2 .The wear loss can be reduced greatly by filling GF and nano-Al2 O3 in the MoS2 /PTFE composite material,among which the MoS2 /PTFE composite material filled with GF has the best performance of wear resistance,the highest hardness and density,and relatively lower friction coefficient.
