利用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件模拟分析 Y 形圈在静压密封状态下的密封性能,研究结构参数对 Y 型密封圈密封性能的影响。结果表明:唇外倾角和唇谷高是 Y 形圈保持良好密封性能的2种关键结构参数,唇外倾角和唇谷高太大均不能保证密封性能,而唇谷高太小则会增大摩擦力,降低 Y 形圈的使用寿命;工作油压对密封圈性能有明显的影响,过高的静态工作油压易导致 Y 形圈材料的松弛和开裂,进而引起密封失效,而最容易出现裂纹的位置是密封唇唇谷处。
利用 ANSYS 有限元分析軟件模擬分析 Y 形圈在靜壓密封狀態下的密封性能,研究結構參數對 Y 型密封圈密封性能的影響。結果錶明:脣外傾角和脣穀高是 Y 形圈保持良好密封性能的2種關鍵結構參數,脣外傾角和脣穀高太大均不能保證密封性能,而脣穀高太小則會增大摩抆力,降低 Y 形圈的使用壽命;工作油壓對密封圈性能有明顯的影響,過高的靜態工作油壓易導緻 Y 形圈材料的鬆弛和開裂,進而引起密封失效,而最容易齣現裂紋的位置是密封脣脣穀處。

The sealing properties of Y-ring under static sealing state were simulated and analyzed by using finite element software analysis ANSYS.The effect of structure parameters on sealing properties were discussed.The results show that the camber angle and valley height of sealing lips are the key structure parameters to keep good sealing property of Y-ring. Higher camber angle and valley height of sealing lips cannot guarantee the good sealing property,and lower valley height of sealing lips may increase the fraction and decrease the service life of Y-ring.The working pressure has a significant im-pact on the sealing property,higher working pressure is easily to cause slack and flaw of Y-ring material,and lead to seal-ing failure.The sealing lip valley is most likely to occur flaw.
