采用等离子喷涂技术制备氧化镁稳定的氧化锆(Mg-PSZ)涂层和氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)涂层,在MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上测试2种涂层在室温条件下干摩擦磨损性能;通过均匀设计方法随机选择布点,应用随机过程中的相关性从自相关函数、功率谱密度函数两方面对 YSZ 涂层的摩擦因数进行研究。分析结果表明,YSZ涂层在不同载荷下的耐磨性能要优于 Mg-PSZ 涂层;YSZ 涂层摩擦因数的自相关函数曲线为非平稳随机分布,谱密度函数曲线的最大振幅在低频处出现,而在中频到高频时,振幅波动比较平缓;YSZ 涂层在水平为载荷80 N、转速500 r/min 时,摩擦因数波动最平缓、最稳定,摩擦磨损特性最优。

Steady magnesia zirconia Mg-PSZ coatings and yttria magnesia zirconia YSZ coatings were fabricated by using plasma spraying,and their tribological behaviors under room temperature and dry sliding conditions was investigated on the MMW-1 vertical universal friction and wear tester.Through selecting stationing at random by using the uniform design method,and applying the correlation in stochastic process,the measured friction coefficient of YSZ coatings was investiga-ted with respect to self-correlation and power spectra density(PSD)functions.The results show that YSZ coating has better wear-resisting performance than Mg-PSZ coatings.The autocorrelation function curve of YSZ coating friction coefficient is in a nonstationary random distribution.The maximum amplitude of power density curve is in the low frequency,and the trend of amplitude is relatively flat in the mid to high frequency.On the level of load 80 N and speed 500 r/min,the YSZ coating has the most gentle and most stable friction coefficient,and it has optimal friction and wear properties.
