目的观察神经节苷酯联合电针、早期康复训练治疗不全性上肢周围神经损伤的临床疗效。方法将60例上肢周围神经损伤患者随机分为分为A、B、C组，其中A组予神经节苷酯联合电针治疗，B组予神经节苷酯联合早期康复训练，C组予神经节苷酯、电针联合早期康复训练，三组在治疗2月后进行运动功能评定和感觉功能评定，同时进行手功能综合评定。结果 C组患者感觉和肌力恢复情况明显高于A、B组（P<0.05),C组总有效率为95.0%,A、B组分别75.0、70.0%；手功能综合评分C组也明显优于A、B组，差异有统计学差异（P<0.05)。结论神经节苷酯联合电针、早期康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤可以提高疗效,且安全可靠。
목적관찰신경절감지연합전침、조기강복훈련치료불전성상지주위신경손상적림상료효。방법장60례상지주위신경손상환자수궤분위분위A、B、C조，기중A조여신경절감지연합전침치료，B조여신경절감지연합조기강복훈련，C조여신경절감지、전침연합조기강복훈련，삼조재치료2월후진행운동공능평정화감각공능평정，동시진행수공능종합평정。결과 C조환자감각화기력회복정황명현고우A、B조（P<0.05),C조총유효솔위95.0%,A、B조분별75.0、70.0%；수공능종합평분C조야명현우우A、B조，차이유통계학차이（P<0.05)。결론신경절감지연합전침、조기강복훈련치료상지주위신경손상가이제고료효,차안전가고。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of ganglioside combined with electroacupuncture、early rehabilitation training in treating upper limb peripheral nerve injury. Methods 60 patients of upper limb peripheral nerve injury were divided into three groups randomly. Every group has 20 cases. A group was treated by ganglioside and electroacupuncture, B group was treated by ganglioside and early rehabilitation training, C group was treated by al the three methods. After treatment motor assessment scale, Sensory function evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of hand function were assessed after 2 months of treatment. Results The C group can improve markedly the patient's nerve function, FMA and Barthel index. The C group of sensation and muscle strength recovery is significantly higher than group B and A. The total ef icacy rate was 95.0%in the C group and 75.0%、70.0%in the B and C group. There was a statistical y significant dif erence between the two groups ( <0.05);The C group of comprehensive evaluation of hand function was significant higher than group B and A ( <0.05).Conclusion It is more curative ef ect and safety on upper limb peripheral nerve injury that ganglioside combined with electroacupuncture、early rehabilitation training.
