用粉末冶金法制备银掺杂的 Ag/Bi2 Sr2 Ca2 Cu3 Ox (简称 Ag/Bi2223)超导材料,用 XRD 和金相显微镜对试样进行物相分析和显微结构测试,用摩擦试验机对试样进行摩擦学性能测试,用 SEM和 EDXA 对试样的磨损表面形貌和元素成分进行分析。结果表明:Ag 微粒在 Bi2223基体中均匀分布,改善了其力学性能,但没有改变 Bi2223超导电性;Ag 的添加使 Bi2223的摩擦因数和磨损率明显降低,其中5%Ag/Bi2223的耐磨性能最好;基体中的银在摩擦过程中向表面转移,使 Ag/Bi2223材料表现出自润滑性能。

The silver doped Bi2223 superconducting ceramics were prepared by powder metallurgic method.The struc-ture and morphology of the synthesized samples were investigated by XRD,SEM,EDXA and Metallographic microscope. The tribological properties of the Ag/Bi2223 samples were measured on the friction and wear tester at room temperature. The results indicate that the silver particles are evenly distributed in the Bi2223 matrix,they have no influence on the su-perconductivity of Bi2223 ceramics,while improving its mechanical properties.The friction coefficient and wear rate of Bi2223 ceramics are decreased obviously after adding the silver particles,and the 5%Ag/Bi2223 samples have the mini-mum wear rate.The soft silver film is formed on the surface of Ag/Bi2223 ceramics during friction process,and Ag/Bi2223 superconducting ceramics show improved tribological properties.
