利用我国30个省市2001-2010年的面板数据，从截面、时间、指标三维度分析固定资产投资与经济增长关系在城乡、地区之间的差异。通过面板数据单位根检验和协整检验，得出城市及农村经济增长与固定资产投资之间均存在长期稳定的均衡关系。在此基础上，通过构造F统计量发现，城市和农村均应选择面板数据固定效应变系数模型，并得出结论：我国东部省份城市固定资产投资效率显著高于农村；中西部省份城乡固定资产投资效率差异不大，且农村固定资产投资效率普遍略高于城市。

By using data of our country ’ s 30 provinces and cities from 2001 to 2010 and from the cross section -time-index three dimensions ,we analyzed the relationship between fixed asset investment and economic growth . The unit root test and the co -integration test of panel data show that there exists long -term balance relationship between economic growth and fixed asset investment in both urban and rural .By using F-Statistics,we found that both urban and rural are suitable for fixed effects unrestricted model and get the conclusion that the efficiency of fixed asset investment in urban is significantly higher than rural in eastern provinces .In the central and western provinces,the efficiency of fixed asset investment is no significant different between urban and rural and in most provinces the efficiency of fixed asset investment in rural are higher than urban .
