采用土壤稀释平板法从重庆市彭水县的植烟土壤样品中分离出8株具有解钾能力的细菌,通过测定其对含钾矿石中有效钾的释放能力,筛选出两株具有较强的解钾能力的硅酸盐细菌,运用分子生物学方法对这两株硅酸盐细菌的16~23S rDNA序列进行扩增并鉴定。结果表明,一株细菌属于胶质类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus mucilaginosus),另一株细菌属于短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis),并且研究了这两株细菌的生理生化特性。
採用土壤稀釋平闆法從重慶市彭水縣的植煙土壤樣品中分離齣8株具有解鉀能力的細菌,通過測定其對含鉀礦石中有效鉀的釋放能力,篩選齣兩株具有較彊的解鉀能力的硅痠鹽細菌,運用分子生物學方法對這兩株硅痠鹽細菌的16~23S rDNA序列進行擴增併鑒定。結果錶明,一株細菌屬于膠質類芽孢桿菌(Paenibacillus mucilaginosus),另一株細菌屬于短短芽孢桿菌(Brevibacillus brevis),併且研究瞭這兩株細菌的生理生化特性。
채용토양희석평판법종중경시팽수현적식연토양양품중분리출8주구유해갑능력적세균,통과측정기대함갑광석중유효갑적석방능력,사선출량주구유교강적해갑능력적규산염세균,운용분자생물학방법대저량주규산염세균적16~23S rDNA서렬진행확증병감정。결과표명,일주세균속우효질류아포간균(Paenibacillus mucilaginosus),령일주세균속우단단아포간균(Brevibacillus brevis),병차연구료저량주세균적생리생화특성。
8 silicate bacteria were isolated from the soil of Pengshui county of Chongqing. Potassium-releasing activities were determined by flame photometry in the liquid medium. Based on the test of potassium-releasing activities, 2 silicate bacteria with stronger potassium-releasing activities DNA were identified and the DNA of them were sequenced. A strain of bacterium was found by BLAST to share 99% identity with that of Paenibacillus mucilaginosus strain. The other is belonged to Bre-vibacillus brevis strain. The physiological and biochemical characters of these bacterium were studied. It will provide an im-portant theory basis for developing potash fertilizer.
